Our single rooms are intended for only one person. All rooms have their own WC with toilet and wash basin, while showers are located in the common corridors. Residents are also responsible for cleaning the common areas. Annual rent adjustments occur after negotiations with the Tenants' Association. If you are already living with SGS and are applying for another accommodation, please note that you have your notice period and may risk incurring double rents. If you move in during April, May, June, or July, you will pay a lower rent during this period. From August 1st, it will switch to a 10-month charge, i.e., the advertised rent. If you stay in the accommodation for the following years, June and July will be rent-free months. Many people wish to live in a smoke-free environment. To meet these wishes and create a good living environment, smoking is prohibited in the accommodation, in communal spaces, and on balconies and patios. Smoking is also not permitted outdoors in the immediate vicinity of the property.
