The district of Sandarna is located 4 km southwest of Gothenburg's center, directly adjacent to the popular Majorna. In just a few minutes' walk, you can reach Mariaplan, where you will find numerous restaurants, pubs, charming small shops, and grocery stores. There is a tram stop right next to the building, from where you can reach Järntorget in less than 15 minutes. In the other direction, you can quickly reach the sea and the beautiful Saltholmen. Many people wish to live in a smoke-free environment. To accommodate these wishes and create a good living environment, smoking is prohibited in the apartments, communal areas, and outdoor patios. Smoking is also not allowed in the outdoor areas close to the property. Any pictures inside the accommodation are examples. In some cases, viewings may not be possible, and we will refer you to pictures on our website and to the floor plan. If you receive an agreement for the accommodation, your queue time will be reset. Annual rent adjustments occur after negotiations with the Tenants' Association.
