Our single rooms are only for one person. All rooms have their own WC with toilet and wash basin, while showers are located in the common corridors. Residents are also responsible for cleaning the shared spaces. Annual rent adjustments take place after negotiations with the Tenants' Association. If you already stay with SGS and apply for another accommodation, please note that you have your notice period and risk receiving double rents. If you move in during April, May, June, or July, you will pay a lower rent during this period. From 1 August, it will switch to a 10-month charge, i.e., the advertised rent. If you stay in the accommodation the following years, June and July will be rent-free months. Many people wish to live in a smoke-free environment. To create good living conditions, smoking is prohibited in the accommodation, in communal spaces, on balconies, and patios. Smoking is also not permitted outdoors in the close vicinity of the property.
