Each room has a bathroom with a toilet, shower, and washbasin. Please note that those who share a group kitchen are jointly responsible for the daily cleaning, while a weekly cleaning of free bench surfaces and floors is included in the rent. Annual rent adjustments take place after negotiations with the Tenants' Association. If you already stay with SGS and apply for another accommodation, note that you have your notice period and risk receiving double rents. If you move in during April, May, June, or July, you will pay a lower rent during this period. From 1 August, it will switch to a 10-month charge, i.e., the advertised rent. If you stay in the accommodation the following years, June and July will be rent-free months. You can live in the accommodation as long as you meet the study requirement; the usual notice period applies. More information can be found on our website. Here you live within walking distance of the city center and several of the university's faculties. In the area, there are grocery stores, restaurants, and good communication facilities. In the house, the tenant has the opportunity to use several popular common areas such as a sauna, exercise hall, and study room. The property also has a popular pub and a large courtyard where the tenants can hang out. A green area with pleasant walking trails runs around the property.
