The Student Village in the big city offers a unique living environment for students. Please note that the pictures inside the accommodation are example images. In some cases, viewings of the room may not be possible, and in such cases, we refer to pictures on our website as well as to the floor plan. After signing the agreement, you retain your queue time, providing you with security in your housing situation. The room is intended for one person only and is equipped with a private bathroom that includes a toilet, shower, and wash basin. The communal kitchens at Olofshöjd are shared between four to eight people, and those who use these kitchens are jointly responsible for daily cleaning. Annual rent adjustments take place after negotiations with the Tenants' Association, ensuring that the rent is fair and reasonable. If you are already living with SGS and are looking for another accommodation, please note that you have a notice period and may risk incurring double rents. If you move in during April, May, June, or July, you will pay a lower rent during this period. From August 1, it will switch to a 10-month charge, which means the advertised rent. If you stay in the accommodation for the following year, June and July will be rent-free months.
