Our single rooms are intended for one person only and feature a private bathroom with a toilet, shower, and wash basin. The communal kitchens at Olofshöjd are shared between four to eight people, and those who use the kitchens are jointly responsible for daily cleaning. Annual rent adjustments occur after negotiations with the Tenants' Association, ensuring that the rent is fair and reasonable. If you are already living with SGS and are seeking another accommodation, please be aware that you have a notice period and may risk incurring double rents during a transition period. If you move in during April, May, June, or July, you will pay a lower rent during this period. From August 1st, it will switch to a 10-month charge, which means the advertised rent. If you stay in the accommodation the following year, June and July will be rent-free months.
