Our single rooms are intended for one person only and are equipped with a private bathroom that includes a toilet, shower, and wash basin. The communal kitchens at Olofshöjd are shared between four to eight people, and those who use the kitchens are jointly responsible for daily cleaning. Annual rent adjustments occur after negotiations with the Tenants' Association, ensuring that the rent is fair and reasonable. If you are already residing with SGS and are looking for another accommodation, please remember that you have a notice period and risk incurring double rents during the transition. If you move in during April, May, June, or July, you will pay a lower rent during this period. From August 1st, it will switch to a 10-month charge, meaning you will pay the advertised rent. If you remain in the accommodation for the following years, June and July will be rent-free months.
