Our single rooms are intended for one person only and are equipped with a private bathroom that includes a toilet, shower, and wash basin. The communal kitchens at Olofshöjd are shared between four to eight people, and those who use these kitchens are jointly responsible for daily cleaning. Annual rent adjustments take place after negotiations with the Tenants' Association, ensuring that the rent is fair and reasonable. If you are already living with SGS and are applying for another accommodation, please note that you have a notice period and may risk incurring double rents. If you move in during April, May, June, or July, you will pay a lower rent during this period. From August 1, it will switch to a 10-month charge, which means the advertised rent. If you stay in the accommodation for the following year, June and July will be rent-free months.
