The apartment is rented out under a demolition contract without security of tenure. The landlord has the right to terminate the contract with three (3) months' notice, which may occur if the house is to be renovated or rebuilt. It is important to note that you do not have the right to another residence during or after the renovation. If you live with Kalmarhem, a notice period of three (3) months always applies to your current housing agreement.
