Vega is the municipality's newest district, featuring both attractive residential areas and modern workplaces, as well as a commuter train station. The buildings, completed in 2015, are 2-3 stories high and equipped with elevators. This is a smoke-free property, meaning that both the apartments and balconies/outdoor spaces, as well as common areas such as laundry rooms and stairwells, are smoke-free. The property is equipped with open fiber, and Internet/TV services can be subscribed to through Zmarket. Tenants are responsible for signing their own electricity contracts with Vattenfall. Please note that cold and hot water are not included in the rent; these costs are added to the rent through Haninge Bostäder. The gate opens with a key fob 24/7. Storage is included either inside the apartment or in a separate storage room. There are also stroller rooms, bicycle storage, and an eco-room located in a separate building nearest to Vardövägen 36, open from 7 AM to 9 PM. The same key fob used for the laundry room applies here. The laundry room is located at Vardövägen 34 and can be booked via the tenant portal or on-site. Each apartment is entitled to 8 laundry sessions per month, with a maximum of 2 sessions in a row. There is a separate queue for parking/garage. Tenants are required to maintain a valid home insurance policy throughout the lease term. Mandatory viewing is required.
