To be offered a student apartment, you need to meet our basic requirements and upload the correct documents on Mina Sidor. You can only be offered an apartment when all documents are complete and approved. For those who are already students (currently studying): You need to upload: 1. Registration certificate – showing that you are registered for at least 15 higher education credits during the current semester. If you are between two semesters, the latest registration certificate applies. 2. Credit report – showing if you have any payment remarks. You can order this yourself through a service that offers credit reports. The document must be no older than six months and should be in PDF format. All documents must be uploaded in PDF format, and the registration certificate should be obtained directly from Ladok. Please ensure you use the correct format and complete documents – this way, we can quickly approve your documents. For new students (who do not yet have a registration certificate): 1. Upload your admission letter from Antagning.se (in PDF format, not a screenshot). 2. Also upload a credit report. For those who are not yet admitted: 1. We allocate apartments based on a combination of queue points and complete, valid documents. This means that you can get an apartment even if you do not have the highest queue points, if other applicants lack approved documents. The small three-room apartments, our so-called "friend apartments," are perfect for sharing between two friends; you each have your own private bedroom but share everything else.
