Here you will live in a corridor in an unfurnished room with your own shower and toilet. The room is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. You have access to a shared kitchen and lounge, both furnished. The corridor is cleaned by ABK once a week. There is a storage room in the building, and the laundry room is located on the ground floor. Bicycle and waste rooms are available in the courtyard. These student rooms are allocated only to students at universities or vocational colleges. A current admission notice/certificate confirming studies of at least 15 credits per semester is required. The rent for this student room includes broadband, heating, water, waste disposal, and household electricity. The rent is distributed over 10 months. Broadband is provided by Bredband i Kristianstad AB. Subscription parking is available on the premises. ABK's mission is to build and manage rental housing for all resident groups.
