About the area The apartment is located in a rapidly growing district on Hisingen in Gothenburg, where large parts of Älvstaden, the largest urban development project in the Nordics, are being planned and built. Between 2012 and 2014, Botrygg constructed these rental and condominium apartments next to Flunsåsparken in Gothenburg. The area consists of 170 apartments distributed across 7 point houses, with a shared underground garage for residents. Additionally, there is outdoor parking, an environmental building, and a recycling station. The buildings are situated in a larger green area of over 10,000 sqm, featuring smaller paths and intersecting roads that give the area a pleasant park-like character.
