The area around Lindholmsallén is currently undergoing extensive construction. Our house is the closest neighbor to Karlastaden, a large development project that will continue for several years. The following year, in 2027, we will perform maintenance work on the façade and terraces at Lindholmsallén 37-39. The work includes the installation of scaffolding as well as work on the terraces and façade. Scaffolding will be erected outside the windows, which will result in some loss of privacy and an impact on the view. The terraces on the 7th floor will not be available for use during the construction period. The work may cause disturbing noise, such as from demolition and drilling. Any pictures inside the accommodation are example images. In some cases, viewings may not be possible, and we will then refer to pictures on our website and to the floor plan. If you receive an agreement for the accommodation, your queue time will be reset. Annual rent adjustments occur after negotiations with the Tenants' Association. If you are already residing with SGS and are applying for another accommodation, please note that you have your notice period and may risk incurring double rents. Electricity costs will be added to the rent. A standard consumption fee will be included in the total rent on your rental agreement. SGS will charge you according to standard consumption for the first two months and thereafter only charge you for the actual consumption. You should not sign your own electricity contract.
