Magnificent former factory Our student housing is located opposite Ullevi, by Mölndalsån, in the former Gustav Werner's textile factory built in 1881. The factory was converted into student housing in 1996, and a newly built section was added the following year. Here, a variety of floor plans and sizes of accommodation are offered, from single rooms with a shared group kitchen to apartments with three rooms and a kitchen. Residents can enjoy the large roof terrace with views of Ullevi and participate in various events. It is also noteworthy that Håkan Hellström lived here during his studies from 1998 to 2001, a time when he wrote the legendary single "Känn ingen sorg för mig Göteborg." The property is centrally located, close to both the university's institutions, Gothenburg's city center, and good transport links. Within walking distance, you will find several restaurants, grocery stores, and other amenities.
