A student paradise in a prime location! Welcome to a modern and new student housing area in Sandarna, where SGS Studentbostäder has built over 300 residences, creating a delightful student atmosphere. The first of five buildings was completed in December 2021, and together these five buildings offer 327 bright and well-planned student apartments, ranging from 1 room and kitchenette to 3 rooms and kitchen. Sandarna is located 4 km southwest of Gothenburg's city center, directly adjacent to the popular Majorna. In just a few minutes' walk, you can reach Mariaplan, where you will find numerous restaurants, pubs, charming small shops, and grocery stores. The Sandarna tram stop is right next to the building, and from there, the tram will take you to Järntorget in under 15 minutes. In the other direction, you can quickly reach the sea and beautiful Saltholmen. Please note that any pictures inside the accommodation are examples. In some cases, viewings may not be possible, in which case we refer to pictures on our website and to the floor plan. If you receive an agreement for the accommodation, your queue time will be reset. Annual rent adjustments occur after negotiations with the Tenants' Association. If you are already residing with SGS and apply for another accommodation, please be aware that you have your notice period and risk incurring double rents. Electricity and hot water costs will be added to the rent. A standard consumption fee will be included in the total rent on your rental agreement. SGS will charge you according to standard consumption for the first two months and thereafter only charge you for the actual consumption. You should not sign your own electricity contract. Many people wish to live in a smoke-free environment, and to accommodate these wishes and create a good living environment, smoking is prohibited in the accommodation, in communal areas, and on balconies and patios. Smoking is also not permitted outdoors in the immediate vicinity of the property.
