The property, built in the 1970s, underwent extensive renovation in 2001. Many of the apartments have access to a private glazed balcony, providing a lovely spot to enjoy the view. Ekbacka is located in the picturesque district of Backa on Hisingen. From here, you have excellent connections to central Gothenburg, which can be reached in about 10 minutes by bus. Nearby, you will also find the green area Backadalskog, featuring illuminated tracks and an outdoor gym, perfect for relaxation and exercise. Please note that any pictures inside the accommodation are examples. In some cases, viewings of the apartments may not be possible, and we then refer to pictures on our website and to the floor plan. If you receive an agreement for the accommodation, your queue time will be reset. Annual rent adjustments take place after negotiations with the Tenants' Association. If you are already residing with SGS and apply for another accommodation, please be aware that you have your notice period and may risk incurring double rents.
