Magnificent former factory Our student housing is located opposite Ullevi, by Mölndalsån, in the former Gustav Werner's textile factory built in 1881. The factory was converted into student housing in 1996, and a newly built part was added the following year. Here, a variety of floor plans and sizes of accommodation are offered, from single rooms with a shared group kitchen to apartments with three rooms and a kitchen. Residents can enjoy the large roof terrace with views of Ullevi and various events. It is also noteworthy that Håkan Hellström lived here during his studies from 1998 to 2001, and it was during this time that he wrote the legendary single "Känn ingen sorg för mig Göteborg." The property is very centrally located, with proximity to both the university's institutions, Gothenburg's city center, and good communications. Within walking distance, you will find several restaurants, grocery stores, and other amenities. If you enjoy playing football or engaging in other outdoor activities, you also have the advantage of having Exercisheden just a few minutes' walk away.
