Set in a scenic area close to a nature reserve, SGS Studentbostäder offers 32 student accommodations. All homes, with the exception of a single room, consist of 1 room and a kitchenette, with the option to use a shared large kitchen that features a glass-enclosed balcony. Smörkärnegatan in Kallebäck is located near the picturesque Delsjö area, where opportunities for walks in the nature reserve, canoe trips, and swimming at the beach or from the surrounding rocks abound. The bus to central Gothenburg stops right outside the property. Please note that any pictures inside the accommodation are examples. In some cases, viewings cannot be conducted, in which case we refer to pictures on our website and to the floor plan. If you receive an agreement for the accommodation, your queue time will be reset. Annual rent adjustments take place after negotiations with the Tenants' Association. If you are already residing with SGS and are applying for another accommodation, please be aware that you have your notice period and may risk incurring double rents. In building 6, our student apartments are located on one floor, while the rest of the building is a care home with special support. SGS Student Housing rents all the apartments in building 8.
