In the building, SGS Studentbostäder offers 70 apartments with 1 room and kitchen and 4 apartments with 2 rooms and kitchen distributed over 13 floors. With the round outer wall, all apartments have a somewhat unconventional but exciting layout that contributes to the special character of the accommodation. The property also offers a lovely roof terrace and a bookable study room. From the property, you are within walking distance to the city centre and several of the university's faculties, as well as a grocery store, restaurants, and public transport. Any pictures inside the accommodation are examples. In some cases, viewing cannot be carried out, then we refer to pictures on our website and to the floor plan. If you receive an agreement for the accommodation, your queue time will be reset. Annual rent adjustments take place after negotiations with the Tenants' Association. If you already stay with SGS and apply for another accommodation, note that you have your notice period and risk receiving double rents. Electricity and hot water costs will be added to the rent. A standard consumption will be included in the total rent on your rental agreement.
